Found Vertex Appliance Repair through a quick online search when our dishwasher started acting up. I'm talking water just sitting there, not draining. So annoying! Called them up, and they were super friendly, set me up with an appointment real quick. The tech, Tim, showed up right on time. Big points for that!
He was super professional, knew his stuff, and got straight to work. Within no time, he figured out what was wrong—something about a faulty pump. Now, I’m no expert, but he explained everything in plain terms, didn’t push for any unnecessary stuff, and just got it fixed.
What’s more, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The dishwasher is running smoother than it ever did, and I couldn’t be happier. So, if you’re stuck with a broken dishwasher, I say give these guys a call. San Diego’s best, hands down!
Oh, and bonus: his rates were totally reasonable, which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case with repairs. Thanks, Vertex; you saved my sanity!
