I had a bit of a scare when my freezer just stopped working one warm morning. Living in San Diego means a working freezer is a must! So, naturally, I jumped online and searched for freezer repair San Diego. Came across Vertex Appliance Repair and thought, why not? My freezer's a Whirlpool, if you're curious.
Anyways, called them up, and they were super nice over the phone. They got someone out to me that afternoon. Talk about speed! The technician was friendly, knew what he was doing. None of that awkward silence. He got right to it, checked everything and figured out the issue quickly.
Turns out, there was a problem with the motor or something, but the guy had the part on hand and fixed it up on the spot. No back-and-forth or anything. Now, everything's chilling like it should, saving my groceries from turning into water.
